WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING CONTACTLESS ORDERS – ONLINE & OVER THE PHONE WITH YOUR LOCAL BRANCH
Thank you to our many clients and friends who have offered so much support and encouragement during these unprecedented times: we’re grateful and very humbled.
We’re looking forward to getting things back to normal and being able to ship you the products that you need to record, produce and perform your music – we hope that you have managed to get in a lot of practice over the lockdown!
We are excited to announce that we are now accepting Online orders and will also be accepting over the phone orders as of Tuesday 28th April, as New Zealand enters COVID-19 Alert Level 3.
All of the stock from every one of our stores nationwide is now available to purchase online. These orders will be sent directly to you via contactless courier delivery or Click & Collect from your local branch.
Please note, selecting Click & Collect on our site does not mean it will be available for collection quicker as the dominated branch might not have stock.
We are overwhelmed by the level of support you have shown us and are truly grateful – we are doing our very best to process your orders as fast as we can, however there may be a shipping delay of 7-10 days as we get on top of the backlog, your patience is appreciated. We also understand that couriers are currently experiencing unprecedented volumes nationwide so there may be a delay at their end as well.
If you are too excited to wait to receive your order (we understand!), we suggest calling your local branch and placing an order for click and collect instead (see details below).
Here's what you can expect during your Level 2 store experience:
Social distancing measures are still in place – Please keep 2 metres away from other people.
One of our team will meet you at the store entrance. If the store is at capacity you may be asked to wait. This is so we can ensure there is enough space for people to move safely around the store. On entry, you will be offered hand sanitiser. Please use it.
Staff are available to assist you with any questions or queries you have. Please ask before trying out any gear. Sound Rooms are limited to one person at a time, which means no groups of people. We recommend not touching gear unnecessarily.
Please remain in front of the store counter where our team will process your purchase. All counter surfaces and sales equipment are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
We are currently processing online orders within 48 hours. However, couriers across NZ are experiencing delays varying between regions. Auckland is currently experiencing huge volumes with possible delays of up to 5 working days. We hope this will also return to normal soon and we appreciate your understanding.
