Winners will be selected at random from all entries submitted. Potential winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram and Twitter before November30, 2016.We recommend you to turn on the push notification function.

If the designated hash-tags are not followed the rule above, those entries will be disqualified.

 

OVERVIEW

Roland Corporation and BOSS Corporation will administer the Blues Cube Amp Test DriveGlobal Campaign and they want you to have a chance to winBOSS pedals by posting a photo with designated hash-tags to Instagram and Twitter. BOSS Corporation is offering One Hundred (100) BOSS DM-2W pedals and Thirty(30)BOSS WAZA CRAFT PEDAL bundles and to the winners of this campaign.

 

CAMPAIGN PERIOD

This campaign starts on July 20 (12:00pm Japantime), 2016 and ends on October 31, 2016.

 

ELIGIBILITY

  1. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win.
  2. This campaign is open to eligible worldwide who meet the following terms and conditions:
    ① Try the Roland Blues Cube amplifiers at a Roland/BOSS authorised dealer.
    ② Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry(except in the case of residents of certain jurisdictions where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, then such legal age of majority).
    ③ Must read and agree to these Official Rules.

  3. Void where prohibited by law. All country, federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations will apply.
  4. Employees of Roland Corporation and BOSS Corporation, their affiliates, members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, child, sibling, parent, or grandparent), and members of their households (whether or not related) are NOT eligible to enter or win.
  5. Each person may submit as many entries as they wish under each account on Instagram and Twitter. However, multiple entries submitted by one person shall be considered as one entry. Accordingly, multiple entries submitted from one person does not increase the possibility of winning. 
  6. Please submit entries from only one (1) account on Instagram and Twitter rather than from multiple accounts.Multiple entries per person in the same social media under different accounts will NOT be accepted. If we find multiple entries in the same social media under different accounts, then those entries will be disqualified.
  7. Chances of winning will depend upon the total number of entries received.

 

ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN

  1. This campaign is administered by Roland Corporation and BOSS Corporation. Facebook, Instagram or Twitter are not sponsors, endorsers,administrators, or associates of this campaign, and are released from any and all liability related to this campaign. 
  2. By entering the campaign, Roland Corporation and BOSS Corporation will expect your entry to comply with the Official Rules. 
  3. Entry is limited to the owner of the photo. Entry must be acknowledged and permissions must be granted by any other persons and parties who may appear in the photo. 
  4. Prohibited entries:
    ● Photos cannot contain any content that is obscene, offensive, violent, derogatory,profane or sexually explicit, as may be determined by Roland Corporation and BOSS Corporation in their sole and absolute discretion.
    ● Photos cannot contain material that violates or infringes another party’s rights, including, without limitation, privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights.
    ● Photos cannot infringe or violate any guidelines or terms of service for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
  5. Participants agree to abide by all applicable country, federal, state and local laws and regulations. 
  6. Winner may not transfer, assign or substitute prizes. 
  7. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 5 days after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, then an alternate winner will be selected in his or her place from all entries received. 
  8. Roland Corporation and BOSS Corporation will collect the following information from the winner:first and last name, a working phone number, address to ship the prize and e-mail address. Roland Corporation and BOSS Corporation will use personal information for shipping the prize and we will share or transfer the personal information with overseas group companies*1as appropriate for shipping. By entering the campaign, you consent to our collection of such information.

  9. All entries and information submitted in connection with this campaign will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Roland's "Policies on the Protection of Personal Information" and "Privacy Statement." 
  10. Roland Corporation and BOSS Corporation reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify the terms and conditions of this campaign at any time at their sole and absolute discretion.
