STL Audio has 3 great rehearsal spaces located in central Wellington. These are available 7 days a week around studio bookings & regularly at 5.30 & 8pm Monday to Friday.

Storage is available for a small fee, gear can be left and locked up with a secure 24hr alarm service.

STL Audio is a professional recording studio & a creative environment so you
are walking into the zone from the moment you arrive.

We have a killer lounge to chill out in, play some spacies or just get away from that drummer! There's also a kitchen and toilets, basically we've got it sorted.

We offer great demo deals for bands that rehearse at STL and when it comes time to make a release we offer great deals, oh and we throw mean parties for the bands that rehearse at STL!

Our first room is our main recording room that we rent out to bands/artists to rehearse between projects. This room is an absolute luxury to spend time in - acoustically it is perfect. Also it's great to rehearse in before your recording session so you can get a vibe for the room. This room is equipped with a suitable P.A for vocals.

The second room is what we call the ‘Red Room’ it has a 2000watt P.A with a digital mixer for bands with a larger set up this helps with set up times as it has full recall. This room has a great vibe to it and is amazing to rehearse in.

Our 3rd room is a typical band room for bands who just want a space to make
some noise and a mess.

All back line gear drums & amps will need to be supplied by yourselves.

Weekday - 2 1/2 hour slots $50
Weekend - 2 1/2 hour session $50
Weekend Full day - 5 hours $75
