Hi! I'm Penny, and I'm looking for a new project for 2012.

I'm a very honest person, so here are my pros and cons -
- I can sing (there's proof linked below), and I have no qualms about being on stage.
- I can't write music to save my life so I'm no good for an originals act.
- I've worked with a couple of bands so I've been on stage a fair bit but I don't know much at all about setting up equipment and all that sort of thing - I'd LOVE to learn if someone had the patience to show me, it's just that people I've worked with before have just found it easier to get on and do it themselves, and fair enough too.
- I have my own mic and lead but no amps.

I'd be more than happy to work with a band and I'm happy singing any genre, but I'm thinking what might suit me best is to pair up with a guitarist, learn some covers, warm up on the open mic circuit and then try and get a pub gig. I just want to sing, and I'm willing to do anything that leads me to the stage!

I work from home and run my own business so while I'm super busy and usually booked out for evenings and weekends a few weeks in advance, my days are often a bit less hectic and with a bit of notice I can be available 24/7.
