I'd like to hear from anyone interested in writing some music in vein of what I guess I'd call mature punk/rock... I am a guitarist/singer wanting to step outside my comfort zone of loud stacks and screamy vocals and front a new project.

I've really been inspired by a lot of my fav bands dropping their Gibsons and Stacks, picking up tele's & ac30s and really playing dynamic, melodic, sometimes heavy but always well thought out music...

If I had to name main influences instrumentally, Id go with the last couple albums from Thrice, softer Alexisonfire tracks and even some stuff from Chuck Ragan/Hot Water Music..
totally not limited to that, and take all sorts of influence, Id like this to be a project that things open enough to allow gigging across genre's from punk to mainstream rock even indie if they'll have it!

I have plenty of experience/gear/contacts, seeking like minded people who take their band seriously and can take direction.. 24-34 preferable.. I sit smack in the middle of that bracket so figure 5 years a side should be a good mix...
