2003: Made top 5 in Modern Drummer Magazine's and Drum Magazine's top 3 "best clinician category",

broke the W.F.D's official "traditional grip with sticks" fastest hands World Record of 1,116, with 1,126 beats in 1 minute at the summer NAMM show in Nashville, TN, Mike appointed to Berklee College of Music's Education committee for the Percussion Dept.

2001: Broke Single Stroke-Bare Handed Hits in 60 Seconds World Record of 870, with 1,079 on March
16, 2001 during a drum clinic at the Drum Pad in Palatine, IL. (The "with Sticks" record was 1,071).
